We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us first with your order number and details about the item you’d like to send back. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Some items may be exempt from being returned. Personalized or custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to replace the item or offer you a refund at no extra cost to you.
